Search Medication/Prescriptions
What you need to do:
- Find your medication in the search bar (or search via Conditions or Repeat prescription service)
- Complete an online assessment
- Have a video consultation with a doctor
- A prescription or medication may be issued (subject to assessment)
How delivery works:
- Our online doctor service offers three options for prescription delivery:
- (1) Order a paper prescription to be posted to an address of your choice
- (2) Medication express delivered to your home or workplace.
- (3) During the Covid-19 pandemic, postal services may be slower- by choosing our Pharmacy Concierge Service, you can have a prescription sent electronically to your local pharmacy, and have your medication in your hands within a few hours.
